One of the most frequent questions I get asked since I started handling Joyce Pring is, “What do you love about Joyce? “Paano siya ka-trabaho?” and “Masungit ba siya?” LOL, siguro dahil seryoso resting face nya.
And I am very happy to answer these questions, as someone who has observed her, worked with her and has become an “Ate” and a friend to her. Joyce is lovable, selfless and genuine. My job as celebrity brand manager is not easy, but Joyce has made my work easier and more enjoyable. Her appreciation and gratitude have made me appreciate what I do even more. Her dedication, hard work and passion for her craft adds to my motivation to learn and improve my work that I have been doing for the past 7 years.
People come in our lives in different capacities, some become just acquaintances, some become friends and some rare ones become family. There are people who are just facebook friends, you may even hide from some of them if bump in to them. Some are lifelong friends, who you see once in a blue moon but feels like no time has passed when you finally catch up and there are people that you crossed paths with perhaps during professional encounters and you would have never thought but they became a family, and that's what Joyce Pring means to me! She has become my family.
I know there are many others that feel the same way about Joyce and since today is her 27th birthday, as a birthday present, I have decided to ask colleagues, clients and friends from the industry this question “What are the two things you love about Joyce Pring?”
And here are some very beautiful anecdotes and messages from industry friends and colleagues that I would like to share with you;
Ms. Pam Mariano, Corporate Communication from Disney Philippines shared that,

What you see is what you get. She is not very 'showbiz-y' who wants to please everybody, because in her emanates a confident woman amidst a world filled with longing for validation and approval. Kilala niya lahat mula sa mga cameramen, crew, staff hanggang sa artdept. Babatiin niya yon at kukumustahin sa umaga pagbaba ng van. She treats everyone equal. Second siguro yung lagi siyang game sa lahat ng pinapagawa sa kanya. Sobrang open niya to try new things at hindi siya umaatras especially sa mga bagong experiences niya, hindi siya titigil hangga't hindi niya nakukuha ng tama. Iba yung level of professionalism niya.
Sa pagiging kaibigan naman, if you're a friend you're a family too. She treats her friend like her own brothers and sisters. Hindi niya tinuturing na iba yung mga kaibigan niya. Lagi niyang sinasama sa mga achievements niya and hindi siya nakakalimot. Last siguro ay yung sobrang she's easy to talk to. Kapag may problema ka, may pinagdadaanan ka, and daling magshare sa kanya kase alam mong hindi ka niya ijujudge. She's gonna give you good advice with sincerity.
Actually, there are a lot of things that I love about joyce pero yan na lang muna sasabihin ko. Hahaha
Halata naman na ibang klase yun hatid ni Joyce sa mga nakaka- trabaho nya sa field especially sa Unang hirit na laging nasa remote area. Ganyan kasi sya kahit sobrang pagod na hindi nakakalimutang bumati sa mga tao at mangumusta. Nag bibigay sya ng importansya sa kahit sinong taong nakakasama nya.”
